Customer Care Manager
Job Description -
Ensuring that 100% enquiries from all sources are captured, distributed to teams and are followed up.
Ensuring that 100% customer queries are responded
Responsible for IT systems and MIS
Ensuring implementation of SOS and quality of sales aspects in showroom
Handling of customer utilities and conveniences including processes of Floor Management, Valet, Pantry and car delivery.
Capturing of customer complaints, response within 1 hour and resolution within 24 hours through RMs
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent communication skill.
Excellent interpersonal skill.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good Listening and Comprehension skills
  • Exp. Min 2 years experience in Customer Care preferably automobile
Sales Executive – Commercial Vehicles
Job Description -
We are looking for an enthusiastic Candidate for Commercial Sales to provide advice and assistance to customers to maximize the likelihood of a sale. 
You will be responsible for a variety of duties that pertain to creating an attractive environment for customers.
The ideal candidate will be able to acquire thorough knowledge of the companys products and pass that knowledge to customers along with a great deal of enthusiasm
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs 
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
